Return & Exchange Policy

 

In our commitment to customer satisfaction and providing a trusted shopping experience, we clarify our return and exchange policy according to the following terms:

 

 

 

 

First: Return or Exchange Request Period

 

 

  • Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within a maximum of three (3) days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The request must be submitted عبر the store’s official WhatsApp, including the order number and clear photos of the product in case of defect or damage.
  • After the specified period has expired, the customer is no longer entitled to request a return or exchange.

 

 

 

 

 

Second: Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

 

 

To approve a request, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The product must be in its original condition as received.
  • The product must not be used, opened, or have its original tags or packaging removed.
  • The product must not be damaged, broken, or misused after delivery.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories and gifts, if any.
  • The store reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.

 

 

 

 

 

Third: Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

 

  • Products manufactured or customized upon customer request.
  • Discounted products or items purchased during special offers.
  • Consumable products after being opened.
  • Minor differences in color or size resulting from photography or screen display settings.

 

 

 

 

 

Fourth: Shipping Fees

 

 

  • If the return is due to a store error (wrong item sent or confirmed manufacturing defect), the store will bear the shipping costs.
  • If the return is requested by the customer without any defect, the customer shall bear all shipping costs (both ways).
  • If the customer refuses to receive the shipment after dispatch, shipping and packaging fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

 

 

 

 

Fifth: Refund Process

 

 

  • The product will be inspected upon receipt by the store.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used.
  • The store reserves the right to deduct any bank fees, shipping costs, or packaging fees from the refund amount.

 

 

 

 

 

Sixth: Disclaimer

 

 

  • The store is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or improper storage.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product meets their requirements before use.
  • The store reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
